Maeven London is an online-only retailer and does not operate any physical retail stores. All orders are placed and processed exclusively through our website. We strive to describe our products as accurately and up-to-date as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. However, typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur. Such errors do not entitle customers to compensation or cancellation.

6. Returns and Cancellations

An order can only be cancelled if the customer contacts us immediately after placing the order and before it has been marked as fulfilled by our supplier. Once fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible. A refund or chargeback cannot be opened until the item has been received.

Maeven London is not liable for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Our liability is in all cases limited to a maximum of the purchase amount of the item in question. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

All content on this website, including but not limited to texts, images, designs and logos, is the property of Maeven London and may not be used, copied or reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Complaints Procedure
Any complaints may be submitted in writing to info@maeven-london.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries and complaints within 5 business days. When submitting a complaint regarding sizing or product quality, please always include clear photographs and a description of the issue.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in England and Wales, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
