2. Product Information
We strive to describe our products as accurately and up-to-date as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. However, typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur. Such errors do not entitle customers to compensation or cancellation.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are processed only upon receipt of full payment. Available payment methods (including Shopify Payments, Klarna and Apple Pay) may vary depending on the customer's country or location. Customers are responsible for verifying which payment methods are available at the time of payment.
4. Processing and Delivery
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated shipping time: 5–12 business days (depending on location)
- Orders are shipped directly from our supplier located in China; customs charges may apply
- Stated timeframes are estimates; delays due to high demand, public holidays or customs procedures do not entitle customers to cancellation or refund
5. Returns and Cancellations
Please refer to our Returns Policy for all terms and procedures relating to returns and cancellations. Cancellation after placing an order is not possible. A refund or chargeback cannot be opened until the item has been received.
6. Liability
Maeven London is not liable for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Our liability is in all cases limited to a maximum of the purchase amount of the item in question. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

All content on this website, including but not limited to texts, images, designs and logos, is the property of Maeven London and may not be used, copied or reproduced without prior written consent.
8. Complaints Procedure
Any complaints may be submitted in writing to info@maevenlondon.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries and complaints within 5 business days. When submitting a complaint regarding sizing or product quality, please always include clear photographs and a description of the issue.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in England and Wales, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
