Delivery Policy

At Maeven London, our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all relevant information about our shipping and delivery process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping Method and Origin
To reduce waste and minimise CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China. Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our shipping partners include: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates may vary depending on the weight of the order, the destination and the selected shipping method.
5. Tracking — Customer Responsibility
- You are responsible for monitoring your tracking code via the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
- Please check whether your parcel is being delivered to your address or redirected to a collection point, and collect it from there if necessary.
- If your delivery is taking longer than expected or something appears to be wrong, please contact us first at info@maevenlondon.com before opening a chargeback or refund request.
6. Shipping Responsibility
- If the tracking information confirms that a parcel has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of placing their order.
- Any errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order via info@maevenlondon.com.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our Returns Policy after delivery.
